Key responsibilities:
1. Design creative assets for digital and print, including social media posts, website banners, infographics, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing campaigns that align with company goals.
2. Develop and maintain Edutainer's brand identity across all digital and print media.
3. Work on UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, and digital course interfaces.
4. Create compelling video content, animations, and motion graphics for promotional campaigns.
5. Ensure consistency and high quality in all design projects.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
7. Optimize graphics and visual elements for website and social media performance.

Other requirements
1. 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the edtech or education sector.

2. Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and trends.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar design software.

4. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

5. Experience in social media design, branding, and marketing collateral creation.

6. Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD is a plus.

7. Experience with motion graphics and video editing is highly desirable.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

9. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

10. Excellent communication skills to understand project requirements and present ideas effectively.

11. Prior experience in designing for edtech companies or educational platforms.

12. Experience in handling branding projects and creative storytelling.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
