**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other relevant teaching certification.
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate students.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons.
