**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Sell residential properties in Dombivali and Kalyan market
- Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory
- Attending the walking customers and understanding their needs and guide/explain them accordingly
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls
- Develop network and engage with various Channel Partners/Brokers & promote sales
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- 2+ years of experience in mid-income/affordable residential sales
- Graduate from a UGC certified college, MBA good to have (not mandatory)
- Understanding of the Real Estate Business
- Build and handle a strong network of connections
- Knowledge of competition, pricing, market trends
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Languages to be known: Marathi, English & Hindi

**Preferred Joining**

Immediate Joiners OR Within 15 days from offer roll out

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
