We are hiring an Employee Benefits and Program Coordinator for the EMEA and APAC region. We are seeking a motivated, creative, and organized HR professional that is passionate about the employee experience. This job will be part of the Worldwide Organizational Development team.
**What You’ll Be Working On**
- Organization, planning, and execution of all leadership trainings for APAC
- Partner with EMEA team to organize and plan all leadership trainings for EMEA
- In conjunction with global benefits manager, coordinate all vendor relationships as it relates to benefits and programs for the EMEA and APAC region
- Host quarterly call for Development Partnership Program training in APAC
- Track event expenses against budget for all international events
- Oversight of all international region-wide events (planning, maintaining budget, partnering with local leaders on event execution)
- Subject-matter-expert on all global L&D programs available to employees
- Resource and guide for local employees and leaders as it relates to programs.
- Coordinate the delivery of EMEA and APAC on-boarding program with oversight from Global Employee Enablement Manager
- Manage all Company Swag redemptions for EMEA and APAC, i.e. place the order with the vendor, track order shipment, and manage budget
- Maintain employee survey database (SurveyMonkey Engage)
**What You Bring To The Role**
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Experience with project management, planning, and design of employee programs
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Knowledge of benefit plan structures; ability to answer employee inquiries related to healthcare plans and employee perks
- Strong customer orientation; collaborative yet able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills - team will be based out of US, consistent and clear communication is key to the success of this role
- Ability to project manage and work with HR team members located in EMEA, APAC and AMER
- Must be organized and diligent
- High level of attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Comfortable with public speaking and presentation design in PowerPoint
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
