**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our software development services.
- Identify decision-makers and key contacts within target companies.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and update lead status regularly.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions.
- Address inquiries and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team as required.
- Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Gather feedback from prospects to identify potential areas for product enhancement or new service offerings.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market feedback to improve our sales approach.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Generate weekly or monthly reports on telecalling activities, lead conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to analyze data and optimize lead generation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele--calling or telemarketing roles, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical concepts related to software development.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
