**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in setting up scrap collection and recycling processes.
- Coordinate with local vendors, recyclers, and logistic partners.
- Conduct awareness programs for clients on sustainable waste practices.
- Maintain daily operational reports and quality checks.
- Support R&D for organic waste solutions like composting or recycling.
- Work closely with the management to scale the vertical.

**Desired Skills**
- Background in **Agriculture, Agri-Tech, or Environmental Science**.
- Strong communication & coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of **scrap management, recycling, or composting**.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and ready to work in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Good command of English, Kannada, or Hindi preferred.
