Currently we are looking For Product Support Manager ( SaaS Product Support ) for one of our Product based client based in Bangalore.

Job description

Work closely with customers to ensure that they fully utilize the product capabilities to ensure fast time to value and continued value generation

Address customer issues on priority to ensure high CSAT
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer feedback analysis to validate product features and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with customer success to identify and resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage product backlog, prioritize tasks, and maintain the product backlog in JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Continuously looking for ways to improve our way of working and collaborating with our other product managers to ensure we are always growing

Partner with cross functional teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap

**Experience**:
2+ years of customer facing experience in customer success, consulting or professional services for a SAAS/ AI firm.

Prior experience with early/mid stage B2B start-ups will be preferable.

Deep customer handling experience.

Incredible precision, attention to detail, and organization skills.

Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly.

Strong end to end ownership of metrics and numbers.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects especially sales, product and engineering.

Qualifications:
B.Tech/BE/MBA preferred; prior experience or strong aptitude for technical domain.

Good understanding Tech Stack Like - Java / J2EE, DataBase etc.

Good understanding of Product management.
