**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely production of goods.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet project deadlines
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to align production needs with company goals.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Manage documentation related to production processes, including purchase orders and invoices.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance metrics.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and develop solutions in collaboration with vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with outsourced partners and negotiate contracts as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance production efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelorʼs degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production coordination or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and production schedules.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
