**Position**: UX Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in improving the user experience of our software products and collaborating closely with our development team to bring innovative ideas to life. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on client projects, where you will be involved in defining requirements, analysing user needs, and crafting design proposals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design proposals to effectively communicate design concepts and enhancements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets user needs and technical requirements.
- Participate in client projects by defining requirements, analysing user behaviours, and proposing design solutions tailored to their needs.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design.

**What we are asking for**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication design, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in the software industry.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
