- Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries, and provide information.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times.
- Update customer information in the database after every call.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle paperwork related to customer service, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure all documentation is filed correctly and is easily retrievable.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
