**Expert - Content Creation**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Timely and accurate processing of complex content creation transactions according to process documentation
- Responsible for clarifying operational issues in Ariba and SAP system
- Create and maintain complex catalog and contract content to enable self-service procurement;
- Create and maintain system parameters to ensure visibility of content based on system search functionalities
- Create and maintain master data to ensure Purchase Order transfer and pay flow
- Guide business and procurement operations end2end with system and process handling
- Facilitate information gathering process with category sourcing, category management and respective supplier
- Comply with procurement standards, policies and procedures
- Review and perform controls according to process design
- Supports, follows-up and escalates identified issues
- Supports onboarding process for new joiners (e.g. buddy role, on the job trainings)
- Contribute to process improvements
- Conduct trainings

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Professional experience (3-5 years) in supply chain management / procurement Conduct trainings
- University degree (in Business Administration or Economics as beneficial)
- Strong Focus on details
- Organizational skills; good planning, ability to prioritize workload
- Results driven; ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in the team
- Ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment
- Eager to learn
- Proficiency in MS office programs, Excel: advanced level
- SAP and Ariba experience is a plus
- English-C1, fluent in speech and writing
- Communication skills: collaborating, processing requests (including mass requests), maintaining relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and management
- Ability to communicate appropriately depending on the situation to all stakeholders and suppliers
- Ability to lead teleconferences in an international context
- Solid analytical skills
- ability to work on large set of data, ability to read and search for required data, analytic problem-solving
- Strong Presentation skills
- Participation in projects / transitions
