**Role description**:
**Location**: Trivandrum/Kochi

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Identification & Analysis**: Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, such as slow response times, high resource usage, or system failures, and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
- **Automated Testing Scripts**: Design, develop, and maintain automated performance testing scripts using tools like **JMeter** and **LoadRunner**.
- **Monitoring Key Metrics**: Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., response time, throughput, CPU, memory usage) during testing to ensure optimal system performance.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to diagnose and resolve performance-related issues efficiently.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Document test results with detailed analysis, identifying risks, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
- **Continuous Integration**: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for ongoing performance validation.
- **Trend Analysis**: Report on performance trends, potential risks, and suggested improvements, and ensure communication of findings to all relevant stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in **Performance Testing**.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like **JMeter**, **LoadRunner**, and other related tools.
- Strong understanding of **performance metrics** such as response time, throughput, CPU utilization, and memory usage.
- Experience in analyzing test results and identifying bottlenecks and issues.
- Familiarity with **continuous integration (CI)** and **DevOps** processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues.
- Excellent communication skills to report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Exposure to cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Experience with **APM** (Application Performance Management) tools like **New Relic**, **AppDynamics**, or similar.
- Experience with **scripting** (e.g., Python, Shell) for test automation.
