**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, execute, monitor and review (generic and specific) regional HR strategies, policies, processes, instruments and systems in all relevant HR domains, such as talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, (people, team and organisational) development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, employee relations (including union matters), health and safety, amongst others.
- Provide and ensure visible, accessible, and trusted HRBP support towards MSM members and management. In collaboration with OHQ GHRD re OHQ core positions.
- Develop recruitment, retention and employee engagement strategies and goals to ensure the best possible people staffing and organizational performance. Drive organizational development based on business needs.
- Drive the annual performance and talent management cycle process across the region regarding performance development reviews, performance improvement activities, mid-year reviews, personal development planning, talent identification and succession planning.
- Drive, implement and maintain job and reward framework - based on a global job evaluation methodology - and compensation & benefits strategy, processes, tools, instruments across the region. Manage the annual compensation review process. Ensure solid personnel (HRMS system) and payroll administration, that meets local legal compliance and governance requirements. Provide timely and accurate management information for the business based on key performance indicators.
- Lead regional HR projects based on business objectives. Participate in global HR projects. Contribute to mergers, acquisitions and or joint ventures where applicable.
- Ensure measurable service level agreements and collaborate with regional shared services center (OMCX HR) re contracted HR services in areas of:

- Personnel, salary and benefits administration and systems
- Labor, regulatory and compliance talent acquisition, training and development
- Global HR programs Omron Corporation (employee engagement, awards, amongst others)
- Other areas, as to be determined in consultation with OMCA HR.

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum education:Higher vocational / professional education (Bachelor Degree)
- Preferred education:Higher vocational / professional education (Bachelor Degree) University (Master Degree)
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 Years

**Specific Skills**
- Minimum bachelor degree. Master degree preferred. Additional Human Resources education and or courses.
- Academic working and thinking level.
- At least 7 years experience in HR and or HRBP positions
- Of which a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior HRBP position within a commercial and international setting
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
