**Job description**

**Role & responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging classroom training sessions on Networking+ syllabus.
- Teach both theoretical concepts and hands-on practical labs related to:
- Network fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, subnetting)
- Routing and switching
- Network troubleshooting
- Security basics and wireless technologies
- Network tools and utilities
- Familiarity with tools like **Packet Tracer, GNS3, Wireshark,** etc.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, lab guides, and assignments.
- Customize training methodologies to suit both technical and non-technical learners.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students and assist in their placement readiness (interview skills, resume tips).
- Keep training content up to date with current industry standards and certification changes.
- Minimum **3-5 years** of experience as a **Trainer** / **Instructor** / **Teacher** in networking or related IT domains.
- Strong grasp of **Networking+** (**CompTIA Network+ preferred**) concepts.
- Experience in conducting** hands-on labs** with physical and/or simulated network environments.
- Excellent communication (**English & Hindi**) and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle diverse student profiles and adapt teaching style accordingly.
- Certifications like **CompTIA Network+ / CCNA** are an added advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Previous experience in training at an IT training institute or corporate setting
