**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a central point of contact for customer support-related activities.
- Coordinate support efforts to address customer issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and open communication channels between project teams, support teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective planning, execution, and completion of projects.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project and support team members to enhance productivity.
- Document project and support processes, ensuring that all relevant information is readily available to team members.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution or customer support activities.
- Proven 2 to 4 years of experience in support and project coordination role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in any field.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration and client interactions.
- Problem-solving ability to address challenges during system implementation.
- Team collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues.
- Customer service orientation for addressing customers’ needs and ensuring satisfaction.
