**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in exploring our jewelry collections.
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance based on customers' preferences and needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and courteously.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and customization options.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a thorough understanding of our jewelry collections, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and special offers to promote products to customers effectively.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Ensure jewelry displays are visually appealing and well-maintained to showcase products effectively.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking merchandise and conducting regular stock checks.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries or issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for design and quality.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
