Business Architect

**Role**:Business Architect - Salesforce Public Sector Solutions

**Night Shift**:7:30 PM to 4:30 AM(IST)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Technical Collaboration: 
- Collaborate with functional teams, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to understand business goals and translate them into actionable technical solutions leveraging Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between business requirements and Salesforce capabilities, particularly within PSS, OmniStudio, and related products.
- Stakeholder Communication:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, communicating complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solution Validation: Partner with Solution Architects to design technical solutions and validate them against gathered requirements, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with public sector standards.
- Public Sector Expertise: Provide insights into public sector-specific needs such as Licensing and Permitting, Grants Management, Case Management, and Citizen Engagement.
- Technical Requirement Gathering:

- Lead workshops and guide BAs to gather, validate, and refine technical and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with Salesforce PSS offerings and best practices.
- Anticipate technical constraints and boundaries within PSS, ensuring that gathered requirements are feasible and align with development best practices.
- Advisory / Review on Story Creation and Refinement:

- Advise/Review the BA team on developing detailed user stories and technical specifications, including acceptance criteria, data models, and integration needs.
- Ensure user stories are technically sound, foolproof, and designed to leverage Salesforce PSS capabilities effectively.
- Development and Configuration Insights:

- Recommend optimal configurations and customizations based on technical knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as Business Architect, Technical Business Analyst, or Solution Consultant, preferably in public sector projects.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Industry and Salesforce Project Implementation 
- Proven technical expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), OmniStudio, and Salesforce development tools.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development, including Apex, LWC, OmniScript, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
- Experience working on government or nonprofit projects with a focus on citizen engagement and digital transformation.
- Knowledge of compliance and security standards applicable to public sector implementations.
- Ability to design and implement Salesforce Flows, integrations with external systems, and scalable data models.
- Experience with multi-cloud implementations, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Tableau CRM.
- **Certifications**:

- Developer or Consultant Certification (required).
- Salesforce Application Architect certifications (preferred).
- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accreditation (preferred).
- Technical Skills:

- In-depth understanding of Salesforce PSS data models, security model, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
