This is a remote position.
- Experience in business architecture, business process mapping (BPMN), and working closely with enterprise architecture and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to fully articulate current and target state business design using capability models, process models, operating models and motivation models
- Lead discovery sessions with SME’s and stakeholder groups to formulate business outcomes, metrics, customer journeys, customer experience and requirements for solving complex business problems
- Provide expert guidance in the development of business process models and document operational guidelines.
- Advise on approaches to identify and address operational pain points and/or opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Support the development of new initiatives to satisfy strategic business objectives.
- Assess the monitoring of ongoing process enhancements for improved business performance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
- Business Process Management including business process modeling, process design and implementation, etc.
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
- Finance Domain experience including but not limited to
- Balance sheet management,
- derivatives,
- capital management
- forecasting
- accounting
- Tools
- Skilled in ARIS (or other BPMN tools), Visio
- Experience using JIRA, confluence
- Experience using Microsoft teams, SharePoint, OneNote,
- Skilled in Excel, PPT

**Requirements**:

- CFA / FRM a strong plus
- Experience with ARIS or Hopex or some other Enterprise Process Repository
- Knowledge of APQC best practices
- 6-8 years of related experience
