**Roles and Responsibilities**

Person must have experience in various RBI guidelines/ master direction on cyber security.- Person to lead cyber security projects from the front
- If is preferred that person has worked in the institution merger process and is acquainted with the entire process from security perspective.
- Design, mobilization and execution of all project management activities like compliance
- tracking, governance, basic financial management, and reporting, risk & issue management, scope management etc. for the merger related activity
- The person will share regular status with management, update the plan for critical changes, and highlight any risks and mitigation plan after discussion with the respective Vertical Manager and Leads
- Maintain the Cyber Security SLA’s as per Contract &MSA agreement- Role:_Risk Analyst
