Spanish Language Translator

RTH Y-Total Yrs of Exp-6 years,Relevant Yrs of Exp-3 Years.

Mandatory Skills: Spanish Language Expertise to Advance Level.

Nice to Have Skills: Basic Knowledge of IT Service Management, Knowledgeof SNOW and MIS Experience.

JD:
Minimum 3 Yrs as Spanish & English Interpreter Skill - Spanish Language with good academic record & academic institution (JNU/DU/Otherreputed Language Institute).

Fluency in speaking, Spanish & English as Interpreter.

Good to Have - IT L1 Support, ITSM Tool Functional Knowledge (i.e. ServiceNow or BMC).

ITIL Foundation Certification.

Detailed JD
- As IT Support Engineer cum Language Expert,you are responsible to work as an Interpreter closely with the Spanish Speaking Leaders, Spanish Speaking User & English-Speaking Engineers to solve the problem.

Need to translate documents or communication mails or User query from Spanish to English and vice-versa.Need to learn IBM L1 IT Support process and resolve the customer issues accordingly.

3-5 Yrs
