Commercial Officer

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Commercial activities like Customer service and commercial related PR activities at filling plants.
- Payment Collection, Deposit in the bank and follow-ups, Bank Reconciliation, Imprest Management.
- Reconciliation of Related Franchisee and Customer Accounts.
- Credit and Cash Control. Order Processing. Bills processing related to filling plant.
- Invoicing related to Plant activities.
- Ensure proper documentation on Payments for Cash Transactions. Fixed assets audit and accounting. Gas Stock Accounting and Control.
- Properly filing and keeping Invoices and customer acknowledged DC copies.
- Vendor identification and development of Cylinder transporters. Co-ordinate all IT-related activities in Filling plant.
- In-Land Logistics: Scheduling of Cylinder Transportation and co-ordinate despatch to fulfill orders as per Service Standards. Ensure Optimum distribution cost. Co-ordinate Inventory Management and Re-order levels with Franchisees and Customers. Checking and submission all plant bills on time to HO.
- Customer Service: Ensure Service deliverables are met. Customer Complaint Handling and action related to Personnel, Administration, Commercial, and Logistics. Logging of all complaints communication to concerned and ensure compliance.
- Cost Management - Related to administration areas, cylinder transportation. Conduct analysis, Implement corrective Action towards cost optimization.

**_ General Requirements_**:

- Excellent knowledge of excel & other MS Office software
- Good analytical skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Self-directed and highly motivated
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability and adept at communicating with all levels of the organization

**_ Job Specific Requirements_**:

- B.Com /M.Com/ MBA ( Finance ) with 2-4 years of experience in Commercial role
- Exposure to ERP environment, SAP will be preferred
