An architectural draftsman (or draughtsman) creates detailed technical drawings and plans used in the construction and design of buildings. They play a crucial role in translating an architect's or engineer's ideas into precise, scalable plans that contractors and construction teams can follow.

**Key Skills of an Architectural Draftsman**:

- **Proficiency in CAD Software**: Skilled in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensures every element of the design is accurate and adheres to building codes.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with construction techniques, materials, and structural systems.
- **Collaboration**: Works closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
- **Mathematics and Geometry**: Strong understanding of dimensions, scaling, and measurements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Producing detailed drawings for building designs and layouts.
- Modifying designs based on feedback from architects or clients.
- Ensuring compliance with local building regulations and codes.
- Assisting in project cost estimation with precise drafting.
- Occasionally creating 3D visualizations or presentations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
