Marketing & Administration Executive

The Marketing & Administration Executive is responsible for managing marketing initiatives, administrative tasks, and front office operations at Medlounges Express - Skin & Hair Care Clinic. The role focuses on promoting clinic services, coordinating patient interactions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.
**Key Responsibilities:Marketing Responsibilities**:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities for the clinic.
- Support social media management and online promotions.
- Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing materials (banners, brochures, etc.).
- Help organize events, awareness programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain client relationships and collect customer feedback.
- Track and report the effectiveness of marketing activities.
**Administrative & Front Office Responsibilities**:
- Manage front office operations including patient reception, registration, and appointment scheduling.
- Greet clients courteously and ensure a pleasant customer experience.
- Maintain client records, reports, and documentation.
- Support HR and management in attendance tracking and communication.
- Manage inventory and coordinate procurement for clinic and marketing needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the clinic environment.
- Assist in preparing Excel reports and administrative documents.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- **Freshers can apply.**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in marketing, customer service, and healthcare sector.
- Positive attitude, presentable, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
