**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our services and achieve business objectives.
- Support the marketing manager in executing marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
- Create engaging content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website updates.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with external agencies to execute marketing activities such as advertising, events, and promotions.
- Assist in managing the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team and ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
