**JOB PURPOSE**
- Procurement & Billing of Equipment and services for Retail Outlets- **ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

ACTIVITIES

**1**

**Budget Control
- Role holder for CAPEX / OPEX Budget.
- Processing NFAs for proposals with justification and getting approvals.
- Monthly MIS with concerns.
- Budget projection for next 3 years ABP.

**2**

**Estimation and Costing**
- Define scope of work, specifications, BOQ and cost analysis as per standard layout drawings of a retail outlet.
- Update NC Rates (analysis) for reference.

**3**

**Contracts and Billing**
- Define terms and conditions of contract for construction of retail outlet.
- Certification of Vendor invoices for payment release.

**4**

**Purchase Order**
- PO Creation in SAP PM MM as per procurement of material and services.
- Monitor and follow up for approvals for capex and opex jobs.

**5**

**Term Sheet**
- Monitor nice portal for handling franchisee ROI component. Carry our random audits for correctness of normative costing- **SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- **Educational Qualifications & Certifications**:
**Degree in Civil Engg with Computer knowledge
- **Relevant (Functional / Level) & Total Years of Experience:
Relevant Experience: min 10 years in project billing and commercials.
- **Functional Skills:
- Basic understanding of Civil, Mechanical and electrical engineering and instrumentations
- Basic knowledge of commercial aspects

Knowledge of procurement activities- **Behavioural Skills**:

- Initiator and ownership
- Interpersonal Skills
- Customer Focus
