**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
1. Good Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act 2008, with recent amendments.
2. Filing of Returns and Forms both in case of LLPs and for Companies in new MCA Portal (V3).
3. Preparation of Notice, Agenda, Minutes and should have knowledge of maintaining statutory records.
4. Knowledge of NBFC Companies and related filings with RBI.
5. Should have proper drafting skills of resolutions, LLP agreements
6. Should have knowledge relating to merger and amalgamations, demerger.
7. Should have knowledge of Ipro Software for Maintenance of ROC records.
8. Preparation of Due Diligence Reports.
9. All Statutory Compliance and Secretarial work related to Company Law and other allied laws.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Must be an associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
**Joining**
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
