
Sales Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator will act as a vital link between the sales team, production, and customers. This role involves managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring communication throughout the sales cycle.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare and issue sales quotations, order confirmations, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing reports for management.
- Liaise with technical and production teams to relay customer specifications and feedback.
- Support marketing and promotional activities as needed (e.g., trade shows, customer presentations).
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any stream
- 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team.
