**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Client Management**:

- Identify and target potential clients for wedding decor services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing the deal.

**Decor Design**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for wedding decor.
- Design and propose creative and unique decor solutions that align with the client's vision and budget.
- Work closely with the decor production team to ensure the implementation of designs meets client expectations.

**Client Presentations**:

- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to showcase decor concepts and designs to clients.
- Utilize visual aids and digital tools to enhance the presentation experience.
- Address client questions and concerns promptly and effectively.

**Market Research & Trends**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in wedding decor and design.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

**Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the internal team and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of decor projects.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of services and processes.
