**Roles and Responsibilities**

opening in Ericsson Global india Services PVT Ltd

As CTEL (Cluster lead)/SME/NPO Engineer for Circle activities

Accountable for day to day delivery of the assigned project under Bharti MS delivery

Clear fundamentals in GSM,4G, VoLTE & 5G Optimization & planning,knowledge of 4G Kpis on operator network and understanding.

Good Technical Knowledge on Nokia Radio Access Networks.

Customer facing role which may include day to day interaction with Quality/Business teams

Analyzing & troubleshooting different network related issues, KPIs and Complaints.

Travel as per Business requirement, Site visits for Optimization

Work with NW Leads for KPI improvement, Worst Cell analysis and rectification

Should be aware of 2G/4G/Volte Architecture and Call flows.

Should be aware of basic parameters and features of Nokia.

Should know Commands to check different parameters by logging into site using various tools.

Should be aware of HO performance analysis in field and from KPI raw reports

Excellent communication skills.

Hands on experience on MS Office, Nokia/Bharti performance tools is added advantage
