**Responsibilities-**

This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading ETG’s unique way of learning. You will be expected to perform the following set of responsibilities
- Student Counselling with Ed Tech/ E-learning organization.
- Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs.
- Responsible for timely reporting to managers.
- Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.
- Will have to do consultative calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective
- Fix appointments and conduct regular sessions on a daily basis with students.
- Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs.
- Responsible for timely reporting to managers.
- Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.

**Qualifications-**
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in any engineering stream.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical counselling,
- Good with tools like MS office, Google ecosystem (Sheets, slides, calendar and meet)
- Good listener and proficient communication skills.
- Having an understanding of defining career goals, time management is added advantage.
- Patient and friendly personality.

In-Office: Koramangala, Bengaluru (6 Days Working)

Sunday is working; any weekday off
Desired Experience: 1 Year(minimum)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
