Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Guides Intern to support our Ed-Tech operations team in daily tasks. The intern will work closely with our EdTech operations team to help streamline processes and ensure efficiency in our day-to-day operations. Strong communication skills and empathetic understanding is what we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, providing a supportive and nurturing environment
- Monitor student attendance and ensure that they attend their classes on time
- Identify and address student concerns, providing guidance and support as needed
- Mentor students, offering advice and assistance with academic and career development
- Work with the admissions team to retain students and ensure that they remain enrolled
- Utilize student data to analyze and understand student needs and provide appropriate interventions to help students succeed
- Collaborate with other retention specialists to identify and implement best practices in student support and retention

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business

administration, operations, or a related field.
- English + Hindi (mandatory)
- Counseling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (both Hindi and English)
- Interest in the Ed-Tech industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (required)
