We are seeking a dynamic and organized **Brand Assistant** to join **Bodd Active.**

This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our brand operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with influencers, agencies, vendors, and customers. If you're passionate about activewear, have excellent multitasking skills, and are excited to contribute to a growing brand, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities (KRAs)**:
**1. Influencer Coordination**:

- Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand visibility.
- Manage influencer outreach, briefing, contracts, and deliverables.
- Track influencer campaigns and report performance metrics.

**2. Agency & Vendor Management**:

- Liaise with marketing agencies, photographers, videographers, and other vendors for timely project execution.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.

**3. Production Team Support**:

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor the production schedule and resolve any bottlenecks.

**4. Customer Interaction**:

- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding customizations and collaborations.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams for improvement.

**5. Design Support**:

- Create basic graphics, pitches, and presentations using Canva.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency.

**6. Field Work**:

- Source materials, vendors, or services as per brand requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and opportunities.

**7. Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of campaigns, budgets, and schedules.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, data analysis, and presentations.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite for minor design tasks, if needed.
- Assist in managing social media repostings & help the customer support team.

**9. Time and Task Management**:

- Coordinate schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking progress and updates.

**10. Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams and external parties.
- Ensure clear and effective communication across all channels.
- **Educational Background**: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Canva (essential)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- **Key Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for branding and marketing.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in branding, marketing, or related roles is a plus.

Location: Mahim, Mumbai

Full-time position: On-site job

Timings: 9 am-6 pm

CTC: 3 LPA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
