**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide specialized nursing care in NICU / PICU settings
- Monitor and record patient vitals and condition
- Administer medications and manage medical equipment
- Coordinate with pediatricians and intensivists for effective care
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards
- Support families with timely updates and emotional care

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualification**: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
- **Registration**: Must be registered with State Nursing Council
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in NICU/PICU preferred
- **Skills**: Clinical expertise, critical care knowledge, and compassion

**Shift Details**:

- Rotational shifts (Day & Night)
- Weekend and holiday availability required
