**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided contact list.
- Introduce our products/services to prospective clients over the phone.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively address them.
- Answer questions about products/services and present their benefits.
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and resolve any issues.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.
- Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and achievement of sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar role in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
