Position : Joint Manager Civil

Experience : Minimum 10 Years ( BE ) / Diploma ( 20 years ) Should have led a maintenance department with assistant managers and staff employees.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Should have worked in Chemicals / Power/ Fertilizer industry.

Should have strong knowledge in Factory civil maintenance.

Should have experience in Cooling Towers maintenance, Building maintenance, Civil Foundation, Insulation, Painting, Furnace, Fired heaters Refractory lining and curing experience.

Should possess knowledge on the Painting, Rain water managemnt, construction of trenchs, Built ponds with slope wall and Ramps construction.

Should possess knowledge on design of foundations for the given static and dynamic load with execution plan and also should be capable of designing structures for civil construction.

Daily maintenance activity, standardizing the procedures as per international standards for improving equipment availability, diagnose and rectification of equipment. Making plan for PM and shutdown maintenance.

Setting and achieving overall objective and targets for the department towards:

- Maintenance cost saving, Continuous improvement in maintenance methods and procedures, reducing MTTR and improving MTBF using tools like Reliability centered maintenance.

Conduct the RCA study and give the proper inputs and observation for improvements and rectification.Implementing the Routine maintenance, Preventive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.

Adopting the best Engineering practices, systems and procedures in the maintenance and Upkeep of the plant.

Reviewing & analyzing the breakdowns for critical equipment’s to investigate the cause & ensure action to overcome repeated failure Effective preventive maintenance, condition based maintenance, predictive maintenance preparation, scheduling and execution Responsible for making a complete maintenance schedule for planned preventive maintenance and the Capital Overhaul of the Units.

Value analysis for maintenance cost. Should have experience in Budget preparation for maintenance and also for Capital projects.

Optimising the maintenance cost by adopting good work practices.

Should possess knowledge in SAP Should have the capability to review the spares requirement for effective maintenance.

Recommending spares & consumables based on requirements & stock basisPreparation of Scope Of Work (SOW) and Standard Maintenance Procedure (SMP) as per OEM recommendationsPreparation of Annual maintenance plans, QA & QC requirements, procedures and checklists required for executionManaging and execution of CAPEX jobs, Repair & Refurbishment activitiesPreparation of civil drawings as per as built condition. Reviewing and approval of engineering drawings.

Coordinating with technical and planning departments for effective plant operation and maintenanceConducting troubleshooting and diagnose different breakdowns and advising for corrective actions as a member in RCA team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
