**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable assistance about our têxtile products.
- **Sales**: Promote and sell a variety of têxtile products, including fabrics, garments, and accessories, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise, ensuring that the sales floor is well-maintained and fully stocked.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Support the creation and maintenance of visually appealing displays that highlight key products and promotions.
- **Transaction Handling**: Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service to encourage repeat business.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and relay customer feedback to management to help improve product offerings and customer service strategies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

**Skills**:

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., boxes of têxtiles).
- **Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required.**
