**Lead Generation**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our real estate offerings.
- Utilize various lead sources and databases to identify potential customers.

**Product Information**:

- Provide detailed information about our real estate projects, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Address inquiries and concerns, offering clarification and building interest.

**Appointment Setting**:

- Schedule appointments for field sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
- Maintain a systematic approach to follow-up calls for lead nurturing.

**CRM Management**:

- Input and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure accurate and detailed records of telephonic interactions.

**Collaboration with Sales Team**:

- Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads for further conversion.
- Provide regular feedback on customer responses and market trends.

**Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
