**Key Responsibilities**:_

**Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure proper picking, packing, and shipping of products.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Work closely with logistics partners to coordinate the transportation of goods to and from the warehouse.
- Optimize shipping and delivery processes to minimize costs and transit times.

**Space Optimization**:

- Maximize warehouse space utilization through effective storage solutions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure proper placement and organization of inventory.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control standards for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues affecting product quality.

**Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce and promote a safe working environment within the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety training for warehouse staff.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on warehouse performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6 Months of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
