**Your role**
- Are you an expert at analyzing financial results for a Banking business?
- We're looking for to:
- involve in review, compile and analyze financial information Balance Sheet
- involve in variance analysis of estimate vs actual balance Sheet
- monitoring, investigating and escalating large daily movements to controllers as well as taking active measures on resolution on in case of these items
- publication of Dashboards and outputs
- representation of team in various huddles
- collaborate on continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and effectiveness of controls

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Global Daily Balance Sheet team in Hyderabad, India. Global Daily Balance Sheet ensures that balance sheet input is delivered to down stream regulatory reporting uses accurately, completely and on timely basis.

**Your expertise**
- university degree or equivalent qualification (preferably MBA Finance / CA or similar)
- at least 5+ years with deeper understanding of business processes (Investment Banking and/or Wealth Management preferred) and experience in financial reporting and reconciliation with curiosity and drive in building solutions.
- demonstrated knowledge of finance product and Internal controls
- hands on experience in closely working with Senior stake holders. Excellent presentation/communicate skills. Fluent in English (written/verbal).
- know-how to develop a robust set of controls to the financials (cost and revenue) of a global business
- analytical and methodical, with great attention to detail
- able to understand complex IT systems, data flows to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data
