**Position Title : Media Buyer**
**Overview**:
As a Media Buyer specializing in performance marketing at Click Orbits Pvt Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving client success through strategic media planning, buying, and optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Execute media buys across various digital channels.
2. Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and optimize campaign targeting.
3. Manage media budgets effectively, allocating spend based on performance insights and campaign priorities.
4. Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).
5. Utilize data analysis tools and attribution models to evaluate the impact of media buys on client revenue and profitability.
6. Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and A/B testing, making data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in performance marketing, incorporating innovative strategies into client campaigns.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and analytics specialists, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client goals.
9. Prepare regular reports and performance summaries for clients, highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for improvement.
10. Finding and strategizing new sources of inventory for performance campaign and media planning for various mobile advertising activities.
11. Manage and mentor other mobile pillars
- Such as Ad Monetization, production, and operations.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
2. Proven experience in digital media buying, preferably within a performance marketing agency or similar environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms).
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
5. Proficiency in performance marketing metrics and KPIs, with a track record of achieving and exceeding client objectives.
6. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
8. Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and precision in campaign execution and reporting.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
10. Commitment to staying updated on industry best practices and advancements in digital advertising technology.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital advertising platforms is a plus.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and landing page optimization strategies.
- Demonstrated passion for performance marketing and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends, with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering results.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
