Job Description for Customer Success Intern

Key Responsibilities:
Support in preparing and managing invoices.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM.

Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.

Assist in resolving basic customer issues and escalating when needed.

**Requirements**:
✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.

✔ Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and invoicing tools (preferred).

✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
