Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Hopper Operator to join our team, responsible for operating and maintaining hopper equipment for loading/unloading materials.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate hopper equipment (e.g., cranes, conveyors, bucket elevators) for loading/unloading materials.

2. Monitor and control material flow, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

3. Perform pre-operational checks and maintenance tasks on hopper equipment.

4. Troubleshoot issues and report equipment malfunctions.

5. Collaborate with production team to meet material handling targets.

6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, procedures, and protocols.

7. Maintain accurate records of material handling operations.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. 1+ year of experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., cranes, forklifts).

3. Knowledge of material handling principles and safety procedures.

4. Familiarity with hopper equipment operation and maintenance.

5. Physical stamina for manual labor and ability to work at heights.

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
