**Job Type**: Full-time (6 working days a week)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations**: Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities at the Early Learning Center to ensure a safe, welcoming, and productive environment for children.
- **Program Management**: Ensure that educational programs are aligned with Sportyze’s standards and focus on physical and cognitive development of children.
- **Staff Coordination**: Supervise and support a team of educators, providing guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team culture.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**: Act as the main point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and providing updates on their child’s progress. Foster strong relationships with the local community.
- **Scheduling & Planning**: Organize daily schedules for children and staff, including activities, breaks, and special events.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a secure environment for children.
- **Resource Management**: Oversee the inventory and maintenance of educational materials, toys, and equipment.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain records of children’s progress, attendance, and incident reports. Regularly communicate updates to management.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that learning programs are engaging and meet developmental milestones for children at different age levels.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within an early learning or childcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of early childhood education best practices.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for working with young children and creating a positive learning atmosphere.
- Ability to work effectively with parents, children, and staff.

**Working Hours**:
6 working days per week with weekends off (specific working hours may vary).

**Benefits**:
