Key Responsibilities:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:Identifying customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes through research and data analysis.
- **Product Strategy and Planning**:Developing and recommending strategies to optimize product development, including roadmaps, feature prioritization, and product positioning.
- **Customer Interaction**:Providing product information, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues for customers, both in person and remotely.
- **Sales and Promotion**:Promoting products, providing sales support, and educating customers about product features and benefits.
- **Technical Support**:Troubleshooting technical issues with products and guiding customers to solutions.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:Analyzing data on product performance, customer feedback, and sales trends to identify areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:Working with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective product development.
- **Training and Knowledge Sharing**:Providing training on products and related technologies, and sharing knowledge with internal teams.

Pay: ₹11,037.30 - ₹31,214.71 per month
