We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as **Product Advisors** in Chennai. This is a fantastic opportunity for both freshers (2024 pass-outs with excellent English skills) and experienced telesales professionals who can communicate effectively in Tamil and possess average English proficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell products to potential customers via phone calls.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: HSC passed.
- Freshers (2024 pass-outs with excellent English) are welcome.
- Proficiency in **Tamil** is mandatory, with average English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

**Job Details**:

- **Work Timing**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- **Salary**: ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 NTH (Net Take-Home).
- **Week Off**: 1 rotational week off between Monday and Friday.
- **Selection Process**:
