Bengaluru, India Material Depot Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Maintain accounting controls and procedures
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and submit tax forms, such as sales tax and payroll tax returns
- Follow up with vendors for invoice booking
- Maintain a working knowledge of Tally software

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, including Tally
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
