**Responsibilities**

**1. Teaching & Training**:

- Conduct theory and practical sessions on Interior Design Concepts, 3D Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Rendering, and Walkthrough Animation.
- Teach AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumen, Twin motion, and Unreal Engine as per syllabus.
- Guide students in creating photorealistic interior renders, animations, and VR/AR experiences.
- Provide hands-on training with real-world design projects and industry workflows.

**2. Curriculum Development & Lesson Planning**:

- Design and update course content, lesson plans, and practical assignments.
- Ensure training covers latest trends and software advancements in the field.
- Develop interactive teaching methods, project-based learning approaches, and live demonstrations.

**3. Student Mentorship & Portfolio Development**:

- Assist students in portfolio creation with industry-standard projects.
- Guide them on freelance work, internships, and job placement.
- Provide feedback and assessment on student projects, renders, and animations.

**4. Industry Collaboration & Events**:

- Stay updated with new trends in interior visualization, rendering engines, and 3D workflows.
- Organize guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits for students.
- Collaborate with industry professionals for live projects and internships.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
- Certification in 3D Visualization, Rendering, or Architectural Animation is a plus.

**Software Expertise**:

- AutoCAD (Drafting & Technical Drawings)
- 3ds Max, SketchUp / Blender
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer / Lumen (Rendering & Visualization)
- Unreal Engine / Twin motion (Real-Time Visualization & Walkthroughs)
- Photoshop / After Effects (Post-Production & Editing)

**Experience & Skills**
- Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in 3D interior design, visualization, or architectural rendering.
- Strong understanding of Interior materials, lighting techniques, and photorealistic rendering.
- Previous teaching/training experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor students, provide constructive feedback, and encourage creativity.

Pay: Up to ₹1.00 per month
