**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and company standards.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and animations.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and layout plans.
- Collaborate with the design team, architects, and project managers.
- Revise and update designs according to feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of design presentations and renderings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 3D designer, interior designer, or visualizer.
- Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and lighting.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Portfolio showcasing previous 3D interior visualization work (required).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience in residential or commercial interior design projects.
