Position: - R&D **Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and development activities focusing on the pvc & report to the senior engineer/MD
- New Product / Formulation Development as per design inputs Modification of Products.
- responsible for new and existing product development and innovation within the pvc
- Research activities on thermoplastics formulation and processing for new product and technology development
- Require to conduct all types of pvc related chemical testing.
- Responsible for evaluating the raw materials & additives as per the applicable standard test methods.
- Formulation control, new vendor development leads to cost reduction of CPVC/ UPVC.
- Conduct research test in lab who providing facilities.

Required Skill
- Knowledge in Plastic, Originate new products in concert with customer needs and business model.
- Must have experience in maintaining standard ISO parameters.
- Knowledge in-polyol, isocyanate, blowing agent, tin and amine agent, silicon oil surface, colour pigment, fire retardant, chemical rection.
- Good knowledge of pvc composition content mixture.
- Good knowledge of fossil fuels, including natural gas.
- Good knowledge of SOM.
- Good knowledge of tensile strength, notched impact strength, thermal coefficient of expansion, max cony use temp, density, lubrication, durability, quality.

**- **Good knowledge of PVC **and Additives.**
- Knowledge of LDPE, HDPE, glass material
- Knowledge of sound absorber, sound reflector material.
- Knowledge of temp. ret. Agent/ material.
- Knowledge of all types of moulding.
- Knowledge of PO foam.

Experience: - 3yr +

Education: - BE. Chemical Engineering/ BE Polymer Engineering / B.Sc. Chemistry B.Sc. polymer

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
