To perform lab trials for troubleshooting of process related problems in the plan
To perform lab trials for new product development & after taking Pilot trial, final process is transfer to production dept.
To maintain a record of experiments carried out in the R&D lab.
To hand over written charge to succeeding shift.
Retain all experimental work-related data in separate files.

**Required Skills**:
Must be excellent in written and spoken English.
